Ann F. Grossi

For Ann F. Grossi of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 2012 marks the second year of her first three-term as a Morris County Freeholder.

She came to the freeholder board with the government experience she gained as a member of the Parsippany Township Council, where she served from 2006 until the end of 2010. She was elected council president in 2010.

Grossi this year is freeholder liaison to the Municipal Utilities Authority and the Department of Planning and Development, which among other things, administers the county’s programs to assist in the preservation of open space, farmland and historic sites. She is alternate liaison to Economic Development and an alternate member of the county’s Insurance Commission.

She is also deputy liaison to the Department of Human Services and a member of the Freeholder Budget Committee.

Freeholder Grossi is an attorney who received her bachelor's and master's degrees from William Paterson University and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University Law School. She is married with one child.
