Thomas J. Mastrangelo
Thomas J. "Tom" Mastrangelo is a lifelong New Jersey resident who was elected to the freeholder board in November 2010, and in 2012 he is in the second year of his first three-year term.
Freeholder Mastrangelo is liaison to the Department of Information Services, which includes the Information Technology Division and the Morris County Library. He is also freeholder liaison to the Morris County Park Commission, the county’s Geographic Information System Services Division and a member of the Board of School Estimate for the County College of Morris and the Morris County School of Technology.
He is also a member of the Facilities Review Committee, and he serves as alternate liaison to the Morris County Improvement Authority.
Professionally, Mastrangelo is a business man with executive sales and leadership management experience in the information technology industry.
Freeholder Mastrangelo of Montville holds a bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University, performing his international business study in England. He also has a Juris Doctor of Law from Seton Hall University School of Law.
Mastrangelo and his wife, Debbie, have three children, Christopher, Michael and Brittney.
