The MCIA can lend financial assistance for public and non-profit buildings and other facilities, capital equipment, airports, parking facilities, convention centers, tourism facilities, redevelopment projects, areas in need of rehabilitation, low and moderate income housing projects, among others.

Jurisdiction

MCIA can provide assistance in the County of Morris and any New Jersey County that does not have an improvement authority.
