Surrogate Heather Darling addressed a large crowd at the Birchwood Manor in Whippany this week, where she was invited to speak by the Morris County Retirees Education Association. Surrogate Darling provided valuable insights into important topics such as Wills, Trusts, and Estates, offering guidance and answering questions from attendees.
Her presentation highlighted the importance of proper estate planning and addressed key concerns of retirees, ensuring they are well-informed about the services available to them from the Office of the Morris County Surrogate.
