Last week, Administrative Director of the Courts, The Honorable Judge Michael J. Blee, and his senior staff visited the Morris County Surrogate’s Court to meet with Surrogate Heather Darling and her team. The visit provided an opportunity for open discussion between the Judiciary’s central administration and the Morris Surrogate’s Office regarding current initiatives and emerging needs within the probate court system.
