Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement H-GAC HGAC Contract # AM10-23
The County of Morris intends to participate in the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) cooperative contract for Contract # AM10-23 Ambulances, EMS, and Other Special Service Vehicles to purchase a Ford F-550 Chassis Cab (F5H), XLT, 4x4, Reg Cab Command Center.

The County of Morris anticipates joining the H-GAC contract on May 13, 2026. The H-GAC contract term is 10/01/2023 - 09/30/2027.
Contract Period: Immediate purchase estimated delivery within 280 days.
It is the intent of the County of Morris to make a contract award to First Priority Emergency Vehicles, Inc., 160 Gold Mine Rd, Bldg. 2, Flanders, NJ 07836, pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the H-GAC advertisement for bids.
The County of Morris is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
