Parents Speak on Teen Depression, Substance Abuse at Rotary Event

Rotary District 7475 will host Wendy and Steve Sefcik of Montville who will share their family’s experience of loss to raise awareness about teen depression and suicide in “Remembering T.J.: The Story of Teen Depression, Lessons and Hope.”

Join the event at noon, April 15 on Zoom. It’s free. Registration is required.

The program is part of an initiative by Rotary District 7475 to spread awareness about substance use disorder and offer recovery solutions.

Wendy Sefcik is a Stigma Free Ambassador for Montville Township and Morris County. She also serves as a NJ Chapter Board Member for The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Wendy regularly attends workshops and training seminars on mental health and suicide prevention.
