Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board is proud to announce that 32 students have completed APICS supply chain management certifications in CPIM, CSCP and Salesforce Administrator through a program designed to certify candidates with prior experience. Students were also mentored by employers and industry professionals.

Program candidates were initially selected based on experience and skills. MSWWDB collaborated with the professional organization APICS Greater North Jersey Chapter to provide certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Candidates in Salesforce Administrator, which is the industry certification for Salesforce Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool, were certified through William Paterson University and Camp 4.

The credentialing process provides businesses with a confirmation of an individual’s current industry knowledge of the essential technology, concepts, and strategies needed in today’s workforce.

Businesses who hire program completers are eligible for up to $5,000 in wage match. Hiring managers interested in an opportunity to recruit certified supply chain management or Salesforce professionals may contact Associate Director Beth Rodgers [email protected], Morris-Sussex-Warren Workforce Development Board.
