Morris County Diversity Day Celebration 2026

On Sunday, June 7, 2026, the Morris County Human Relations Commission (MCHRC) joined with over twenty-five other organizations on the Morristown Green to celebrate Diversity Day 2026.  The weather was perfect for an outdoor celebration.  People of all ages, along with their pets, came out to learn about the many organizations and resources available in Morris County.  Throughout the afternoon they could enjoy the delicious free food, win prizes, listen to inspirational presentations by a diverse group of speakers and musicians, and celebrate the diversity of Morris County.

Thank you to Jasmine Lim, the Commission’s liaison to the Diversity Day Coalition who coordinated our participation, and to the volunteers who staffed our table: Theresa Maughan, Dr. Edward Yaw, Sue Rosenthal, Meyer Rosenthal, Monishe Khadse, Clarence Curry, Jr., Rabbi Moshe Rudin, Wayne Cresta, and Susan J. Waldman.
