Stigma Free: Youth Emotional Support Group

This virtual support group is for ages 10-12 and will be held weekly, beginning May 4!

Clients will:

• learn positive coping skills
• process and explore peer relations
• learn to manage frustrations
• gain support and normalize challenges they are facing
