During the session, Surrogate Heather Darling and her team highlighted several of the Surrogate's modernization efforts, including the implementation of an AI chat bot on the Court’s website to assist residents with questions they may have, as well as the upcoming launch of other AI initiatives. These initiatives are part of the Surrogate’s continued mission to improve accessibility, efficiency, and customer service through responsible innovation.

Participating attorneys praised the Surrogate’s Office for its leadership in adopting new technologies and for maintaining a user-friendly website that has become a valuable resource for both clients and practitioners.
