Body Found in Car Parked at County Library

Acting Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp announces a multi-jurisdictional investigation involving the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, the Morris County Park Police, the Hanover Township Police Department, the Morris Township Police Department and the Morris County Sheriff's Office regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of an adult man found in a car in the parking lot of the Morris County Library. The identity of the individual is being withheld pending positive identification and notification of the next of kin. At this preliminary stage there does not appear to be any evidence of foul play. No further information will be released pending completion of an autopsy.
