Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Chester Township Police Chief Wayne Martini confirm an ongoing investigation into an incident that occurred in Chester Township, New Jersey. On October 12, 2014, at approximately 4:37 p.m., law enforcement was dispatched to Alstede Farms located at 1 Alstede Farms Lane, Chester New Jersey on a report of pedestrians struck by a vehicle.
While the investigation is ongoing, multiple injured and one fatality has been confirmed. At this time, the identities of these individuals are not being released. We do not anticipate any further update today.
