Human Remains Discovered in Roxbury Identified

Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp has issued the following statement:

The human remains that were discovered at the Hercules Chemical Company in Roxbury, New Jersey on November 13, 2013 were examined by Forensic Scientists with the New Jersey State Police as well as a Forensic Odontologist. As a result of said examinations, the human remains were identified as those of Ronald Blanco, date of birth March 4, 1984 whose last known address was in Wharton, New Jersey. At this time, there is no indication of suspicious activity or trauma that would indicate that criminal activity resulted in the death of the decedent.

This will be the final statement issued from this office regarding this matter.
