Morris County Prosecutor Swears in New Detective

Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll and Chief of Detectives Chris Kimker announce the promotion of Danielle N. Crosson as Detective for the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office.

Detective Crosson was officially sworn in at the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office on November 8, 2021.

Detective Crosson has served in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office General Investigations Unit as support staff since 2020. Detective Crosson has also held internships with the Newark Division of the FBI and the Megan’s Law Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. She also participated in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Youth Academy. She holds a B.A. from College of St. Elizabeth, and is currently enrolled at Saint Elizabeth University to earn a Master’s degree.

Prosecutor Carroll said, “We are pleased to have an employee advance from within our organization. Det. Crosson demonstrated her commitment to the MCPO by working in progressively more challenging positions. We congratulate Danielle and her family and look forward to her joining our investigative staff.”
