Morris County Prosecutor's Office Announces The Implementation Of a Driving While Intoxicated Checkpoint in Morris Plains

Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp, Morris County Prosecutor's Office Chief of Investigations John R. Speirs, and Morris Plains Chief of Police Jason Kohn announce the implementation of a joint Driving While Intoxicated checkpoint in Morris Plains, New Jersey during the month of December 2017. Law enforcement personnel from the Morris County Prosecutor's Office and the Morris Plains Police Department will be conducting the checkpoint.

The checkpoint is funded by grants that the Morris County Prosecutor's Office and the Morris Plains Police Department received from the New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety to conduct DWI checkpoints at various locations throughout Morris County.
