Morris County Prosecutor's Office Seeking Information on Vehicle Collision in Chester Township

On February 12, 2013 at approximately 4:00 p.m. a 2012 Chevy Express van allegedly driven by Jason Mooney, DOB 11/16/73, struck a 2000 black Lincoln Navigator driven by a pregnant female. She was the only occupant in the Lincoln Navigator. The collision occurred on Route 206 in Chester Township, New Jersey close to the intersection of Route 206 and Cooper Lane when the GMC van allegedly crossed over the double yellow lines striking the Lincoln Navigator.
The drivers of both vehicles were transported to the hospital with injuries. The 39 year old female received emergency medical treatment. The infant was pronounced dead on February 12, 2013.
The Morris County Prosecutor's Office, Chester Township Police Department and Morris County Sheriff's CrimeStoppers are seeking information from any member of the public concerning the collision.
