On Saturday, May 5, 2018 the Morris County Prosecutor's Office, along with the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE), are hosting a community outreach event at the Calvary Baptist Church at 10 Martin Luther King Ave, Morristown, NJ. The event will begin at 10:00am and will conclude at 12:00pm.
Safe Stop is a program created by the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, which aims to ensure that every traffic stop in New Jersey ends safely for all involved parties. The Law and Your Community program is a NOBLE national initiative, which encompasses positive police interactions in every aspect of life. The Morris County Prosecutor's Office and NOBLE are eager to meet with members of the Morris County community with the hope of continuing to develop and strengthen the relationships between local law enforcement and the community.
This is a free event, and individuals, families, and organizations are all encouraged to attend. It is requested that all attending RSVP to Morris County Prosecutor's Office Detective Patrick LaGuerre at 973-285-3663 or by email at plaguerre@co.morris.nj.us.
