Morristown Man Indicted on Attempted Murder and Robbery Charges

Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Morristown Police Chief Peter Demnitz announce that Brandon Johnson, 23 years old, of Morristown, New Jersey, was indicted yesterday after an investigation revealed that he was allegedly involved in an incident involving a shooting and a robbery which occurred on Lincoln Street in Morristown on January 31, 2014.             
Johnson was indicted on one count of First Degree Attempted Murder; two counts of First Degree Robbery, one count of Fourth Degree Conspiracy to Possess CDS, one count of Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and other weapons related offenses.
The State is represented by Assistant Prosecutor Sahil Kabse in this matter.
