Parsippany Hills High Teacher Indicted on Endangering, Sexual Assault, Official Misconduct, and Criminal Sexual Contact Charges for Actions with a Student

Acting Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Parsippany-Troy Hills Police Chief Paul Philipps announce that Jenna Leahey, 32 years old, formerly of Morristown, New Jersey, was indicted today after an investigation revealed that she allegedly became involved in a sexual relationship with a 16 year old student.
Defendant was a teacher at Parsippany Hills High School. The inappropriate nature of the relationship started while the victim was a student at the school.
Defendant was indicted on two counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; one count of Second Degree Sexual Assault; one count of Second Degree Official Misconduct; and three counts of Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact
The State is represented by Supervising Assistant Prosecutor/SDAG Meg Rodriguez.
