First Assistant Prosecutor Calderwood has been a member of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office for over two decades and an Assistant Prosecutor for over twenty-five years. Prior to her promotion, she served as Chief Assistant Prosecutor, managing the Tactical Division, which included the Major Crimes, Sex Crimes/Child Endangerment and Domestic Violence Units, and the Courts & Administration Division, which includes the General Investigations and Pretrial Services Units.

Chief Robert McNally is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who served as a sniper team leader in a Marine Infantry Battalion. Chief McNally completed three deployments during his military service and was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in 1994. He began his law enforcement career in 1996 with the United States Customs Service. 

In 2003, Bob was hired by the Morris County Prosecutor`s Office as a Detective and was initially assigned to the Intelligence Unit and the Professional Standards/Internal Affairs Unit.
