CONFLICT RESOLUTION AND DE-ESCALATION TRAINING “THE ETHICAL PROTECTOR”

Pricing: $200.00 Per Person

  •  Move beyond active listening using Tactical Empathy and clarifying questions.

  •  Know when words alone fail and how to respond appropriately.
  •  Increase your confidence and effectiveness when dealing with difficult people.
  •  Feel safer, more confident, and persuasive during confrontations

This 8-hour training program is highly recommended as departments across the state prepare their officers for the upcoming changes to the NJ Attorney General’s Use of Force policy. The training will be held in-person at the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy and is limited to 36 attendees. The program includes ½ day of classroom training accompanied by ½ day of low impact defensive tactics training/demonstration. The program is run and instructed by Jack Hoban of RGI – Resolution Group International.
