FEMA NIMS I-400

This sixteen-hour course addresses the next level of incident management.  The course provides the scenario and applications for planned and unplanned events using the NIMS Incident Command System at this level.  Both lecture and interactive training is used to reinforce the methods and application of this level of management.

For the best results of this course EMS, Fire and Police agencies need to be in attendance together.  Outreach courses held by individual jurisdictions (towns, boroughs, fire districts) alone or in conjunction with other jurisdictions is preferred.

This course meets the requirements of NJAC5:75-6.1 certification of Incident Management Level 3 and the requirements of the NJ Governor’s Executive Order # 50.

PRE-REQUISITE: Successful Completion of ICS I-100, I-700, I-800, and I-200, and I-300. Documentation of the successful completion must be turned in on the first day of class. No digital documentation will be accepted, all documentation must be printed and handed to the lead instructor prior to signing in. Failure to bring all the required documentation will result in denial of the course. FEMA Transcript showing successful completion of all required ICS documentations will be honored. 

No exceptions will be made, and your department will be billed.

FEMA ICS 400 will not be eligible for DOH / EMT ECUs
