The purpose of this 8 hour course Drill Ground Instructor Course is to develop the instructional ability, and command presence of the students by developing self-confidence, knowledge, skills, and sufficient opportunity for practical application.
Emphasis is placed on standard operating procedures for recruit training, drill, and instructional techniques. Ensuring each student has a sound foundation of the basic leadership traits and principles coupled with a solid command presence will allow them to set the proper example for their recruits.
