Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) & eAgent System Training

Cost: Free

This is an 5-hour hands-on course geared towards Supervisors, Police Officers, Detectives and Dispatchers that require a familiarity with the function of the CJIS, eAgent and PCSAM systems.

Training topics will include:

eAgent
National Crime Information Center (NCIC)
NJ MVC
NJ Criminal Case History (CCH)
PCSAM / Automated Traffic and Complaint Systems (ATS/ACS)
Police Mobile (optional for Morris County users only)

Requirements:

Each student MUST have completed the NJCJIS Terminal Operator Certification Course and have working individual logons for eAgent and NJCourts with access to PCSAM, Domestic Violence Central Registry (DVCR) and Juvenile Central Registry (JCR).

*Logons cannot be assigned during class. It is the responsibility of each agency to verify student credentials are in working order 1 week prior to class.

*If your department has restricted eAgent user access by IP address, please ensure this restriction is temporarily lifted for class. Otherwise, you will not be able to log into eAgent, and instructors will not be able to remove IP restrictions.

NOTE: This class does not satisfy the TAC/Department requirement to recertify each law enforcement officer and/or dispatcher as required by the NJSP. This is NOT a recertification course, it is only a hands-on refresher.
