Shade Tree Request for Service

If you live on a county road and notice

a dead or dying tree in the county right-of way,
a fallen limb in the county road, or
a tree blocking a sign,

Please report it! Fill out our service request form or give us a call. We will get out to inspect the issue as soon as possible.

Note: if you see a tree blocking a road, hanging on power lines, or other immediate safety issues, call the local police.

Step 1.Gather the Necessary Information

Collect the information you will need show what kind of tree problem you have, and exactly where the problem exists. This includes the location, a verbal description of the problem, and the option to upload a photograph to show what you want inspected.

Be sure that you include as much information as possible. Make sure your request is complete to receive the most accurate, best service possible!

Step 3.Next Steps

Once we receive your application, we'll evaluate it and do an on-site inspection. We'll determine the scope of work and get it done as quickly as possible.

If we determine that the issue isn't within our scope, we may offer alternate suggestions.
