Sheriff’s Sales will be held on every Thursday at 2:00 PM in the Commissioner's Meeting Room on the 5th floor of the Administration and Records Building at 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ. Thank you.

The Morris County Sheriff's Office has resumed Sheriff's Sales on all properties regardless of occupancy status as of December 1, 2021.

 The Morris County Sheriff's Office will now require a $1,500.00 deposit from the plaintiff's attorney for all foreclosure writ packages. Please read this document(PDF, 462KB) for more information.

The Morris County Sheriff’s Office, led by Sheriff James M. Gannon, is committed to:
