Surrogate Fosters Transparency And Efficiencies With Attorney Clients

Published on April 18, 2024

Yesterday, Surrogate Heather Darling hosted a large audience of attorneys for wills, trusts and estates who regularly do business with the Morris County Surrogate’s Court. The meeting was to foster relationships for business transparency to create efficiencies in both the Surrogate’s Court and in attorney offices with the end client in mind.

The group of over 40 attorneys gathered with the Surrogate and her staff and exchanged ideas and best practices to ensure smooth workflows. Surrogate Darling is committed to government transparency and the highest level of customer service for those that do business with her office; keeping in mind these are some of the most vulnerable citizens having experienced the loss of a loved one.
