Legal Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Morris County Board of Elections will be opening the voted 144 Hour (6 Days) Timely Postmarked Mail-In Ballots and voted Provisional Ballots from the June 4th Primary Election on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.   Please call 973-285-6715 for the scheduled time.        

This will take place on the second floor in the Morris County Administration and Records Building,

10 Court Street, Room 208, Morristown, New Jersey.

Public Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Morris County Board of Elections will hold a Public Test on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM for the ES&S DS450 and DS950 High Speed Digital Scanners that will count the Mail-In ballots for the June 4th Primary Election.         

The test will be held on the second floor in the Morris County Administration and Records Building,

10 Court Street, Room 209, Morristown, New Jersey.

 

PRIMARY ELECTION – JUNE 4, 2024: The Morris County Board of Elections Administrator, Dale A. Kramer, wishes to inform you that the Board of Elections will have the June 4th Primary Election Mail-In Ballots available for review ONLY by Authorized Challengers at 10 Court Street, Morristown NJ 07960.

If you wish to review specific Mail-In Ballots, please contact the Morris County Board of Elections at 973-285-6715 at least 24 hours prior to Friday, May 31, 2024.  Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a Challenge Form.  Stripping of the certification from the non-challenged ballots will commence Saturday, June 1, 2024.  The hearing on Mail-In Ballot challenges will occur at the Board Meeting on June 4, 2024.  Ballots received after Sunday, June 2, 2024 can be challenged and voted upon on Election Day, June 4th.

The meeting will be held on the second floor in the Morris County Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, Room 209, Morristown, New Jersey.
