TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris (the “Board”) has adopted its annual schedule of meetings for the year 2026 by way of Resolution adopted on January 2, 2026. The Board’s regular meetings for the year 2026 shall be as follows:

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, the Board’s regularly scheduled meetings for 2026 will be held in the County Commissioners’ Meeting Room, Fifth Floor, Administration and Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey, at which time formal action will be taken.
Members of the public may also submit written comments prior to any regularly scheduled meeting, which identify the commenter’s name and address. Written comments may be summarized during the public portion of the meeting and then a summary included in the record. Written comments may be submitted via email with the subject line “Public Comment” to the Clerk of the Board, Debra Lynch at dlynch@co.morris.nj.us or by mail addressed to: Debra Lynch, Clerk of the Board, Morris County Board of County Commissioners, P.O. Box 900, Morristown NJ 07963-0900. Emailed comments must be received at least eight (8) hours prior to the meeting. Mailed comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. the day before the meeting.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that work session meetings of the Board shall take place at 5:00 p.m. prior to each regularly scheduled public meeting listed above. At the work session meetings, no formal action may be taken. These work session meetings will be held in the Knox Room, Room 525, Fifth Floor, Administration and Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Board of County Commissioners meetings may be conducted electronically. If a meeting is conducted electronically, information regarding how to participate remotely will be posted on the County website prior to the meeting.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this annual meeting schedule will be posted and maintained throughout the entire year of 2026 on a public bulletin board in a place of prominence at the Morris County Administration Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ 07960. This schedule will also be maintained on the Morris County website, www.morriscountynj.gov.
