PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. New Jersey Executive Orders and N.J.A.C. 5:39-1.1 to 1.7, the Board’s regularly scheduled meetings for 2026 will be held remotely, via Cisco WebEx video conference unless noted below.
To participate in a remote public meeting, you may use the link or dial-in number that will be provided on the Office of Planning and Preservation’s website www.morriscountynj.gov/planning and the agenda prior to each meeting.
Upon entry, members of the public are automatically on mute until the public comment portion. When the meeting is open for public comment, you may request to be unmuted on WebEx by pressing the microphone icon. You may also press the “Raise Hand” button on WebEx or dial *3 to raise your hand to request to be unmuted. Once the facilitator calls upon you, you may unmute yourself by pressing *6 on the telephone keypad. While muted, you will still be able to hear the meeting participants. You will be addressed by name or the first 6 digits of your telephone number. You may re-mute yourself by pressing the microphone icon on WebEx or by pressing *6 a second time. You can lower your hand by pressing *3 on the telephone keypad or by pressing the “Raise Hand” button a second time. To make a public comment, you must state your name and address for the record. At the conclusion of your comment, you will be placed back on mute.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that this annual meeting schedule will be posted and maintained throughout the entire year of 2026 on a public bulletin board in a place of prominence at the Morris County Schuyler Annex Building, 30 Schuyler Place, Morristown, NJ 07960. This schedule will also be maintained on the Morris County website, www.morriscountynj.gov and the website of the Office of Planning and Preservation www.morriscountynj.gov/planning.

All meetings will take place at 7:00 PM via Cisco Webex video conference.
The Board will conduct site visits in person at 8:30 AM on May 9, 2026
June 3, 2026 – Applicant Presentations #1
June 8, 2026 – Applicant Presentations #2
June 10, 2026 – Applicant Presentations #3
June 15, 2026 - Deliberations
The Board will conduct Applicant Presentations at 6:30 PM. The meeting location will be posted at a later date.
The June 15, 2026 Deliberations will be held in-person at 7:00pm. The meeting location will be posted at a later date.
January 13, 2027
Reorg Meeting will take place at 7:00 PM via Webex.
