DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE versus BRIAN ROTH AND HEIDI ROTH, dated 1/2/2020 and recorded on 1/21/2020, in Book 23697, Page 1241, in the amount of $5,038.64.
