PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Notice of Contract Awarded
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris has awarded a contract, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a)(i) et seq., and was solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq.
This contract and the resolution authorizing same are available for public inspection in the Office of the County Purchasing Agent.

Project duration shall be three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days, inclusive on DEP Permit Review time, from the notice to proceed from the County Engineer’s Office
Cost:
Not to exceed $209,221.00
