The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, New Jersey, on March 11, 2026.  It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing, at a meeting of the to be held at the Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, 5th Floor, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 on March 25, 2026 at 7 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full bond ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners for the members of the general public who shall request the same.  The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows:

Title: BOND ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF MORRIS, NEW JERSEY, PROVIDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COUNTY COLLEGE OF MORRIS, IN AND BY THE COUNTY, APPROPRIATING $6,314,261 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $6,314,261 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE COUNTY TO FINANCE THE COST THEREOF

Purpose: Improvements to the County College of Morris, including building expansion, building modifications, water penetration, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning improvements, exterior facilities improvements and paving, all as set forth in more detail in the Board of School Estimate Statement on file in the office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners of the County

Appropriation: $6,314,261

Bonds/Notes Authorized: $6,314,261

Section 20 Costs: $250,000
