CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY

            The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey on March 25, 2026.  Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:

Title:               CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND APPROPRIATING $140,000 FOR VEHICLE REPLACEMENT FOR THE MORRIS COUNTY MORRIS AREA  PARATRANSIT SYSTEM (MAPS), DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, DIVISION OF COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE AND RESOURCES.

Purpose:         Purpose is for vehicle replacement in accordance with replacement schedule based on aging and mileage including, but not limited to, a bus for the Morris County Morris Area Paratransit System (MAPS) for the Department of Human Services, Division of Community Assistance and Resources.

Appropriation: $140,000.00
