CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY

            The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey on March 11, 2026.  Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:

Title:      CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $425,000 FOR RENOVATIONS TO THE NEW SHERIFF’S OFFICE PATROL BUILDING FOR THE MORRIS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

Purpose:       The purpose authorized herein is for renovations to the new Sheriff’s Office Patrol Building including, but not limited to, holding cells, security fence and gates, mechanical upgrades and bathroom reconfigurations for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Buildings and Grounds.

Appropriation: $425,000.00
