CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY

            The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey on March 11, 2026.  Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:

Title:      CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $97,000 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF VARIOUS VEHICLES FOR THE MORRIS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS

Purpose:      The purpose authorized herein is for the replacement of various vehicles including, but not limited to, a pickup truck with a plow and a sport utility vehicle for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Buildings and Grounds.

Appropriation: $97,000.00
