NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY
The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey, on March 11, 2026. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Board of County Commissioners to be held at the Administration and Records Building, 10 Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey 07960 on March 25, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance will be made available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk's office for the members of the general public who shall request the same. The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:
Title: CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $45,000 FOR THE PURCHASE OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT FOR THE MORRIS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF SHADE TREE.
Purpose: The purpose is for the purchase of various equipment including, but not limited to, a tree spade for the Morris County Department of Public Works, Division of Shade Tree.
Appropriation: $45,000
