CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY

            The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey on April 8, 2026.  Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:

Title:               CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $168,000 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF AND UPGRADES TO THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WITHIN VARIOUS COUNTY FACILITIES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYEE RESOURCES, DIVISION OF RISK MANAGEMENT

Purpose:          The purpose is for the replacement of and upgrades to the fire alarm system within various County facilities for the Department of Employee Resources, Division of Risk Management.

Appropriation: $168,000.00
