CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE STATEMENT AND SUMMARY

            The Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris, State of New Jersey on April 8, 2026.  Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same.  The summary of the terms of such Capital Improvement Fund Ordinance follows:

Title:               CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,263,340 FOR VEHICLE AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT TO SUPPORT THE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF ALL PARK SYSTEM LOCATIONS FOR THE MORRIS COUNTY PARK COMMISSION. 

Purpose:          The purpose is for vehicle and equipment replacement to support the operations and maintenance of all park system locations including, but not limited to, various vehicle replacements, Bobcat E35 Compact Excavator with flail attachment, Hurricane Stand-On Blower, and a Toro Propass Topdresser, all as set forth on file in the Park Commission Office.

Appropriation: $1,263,340.00
