NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD

In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., please take notice that on March 18, 2026, the Board of Commissioners of the Morris County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) adopted a resolution awarding a professional services contract to McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC (the “Respondent”) for the provision of general counsel and bond counsel legal services, such services to be performed on an hourly rate basis not to exceed those rates contained in the hourly rate schedule included in the Cost Proposal of the Respondent’s proposal. Respondent’s proposal was submitted in response to, and the Authority’s award was in accordance with the Authority’s Request for Proposals entitled “General Counsel for the Morris County Improvement Authority, Including Bond Counsel Services,” request for proposals number #P26-26, issued on January 22, 2026 (the “RFP”). The term of the contract is not to exceed one (1) year, unless extended as permitted by law.
The contract, and the resolution authorizing same, are available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Secretary of the Authority, care of the Morris County Purchasing Agent, Morris County Purchasing Division, 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ 07963.
