NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD

In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.5, please take notice that on March 18, 2026, the Board of Commissioners of the Morris County Improvement Authority (the “Authority”) adopted a resolution awarding a contract to Gabel Associates, Inc. (the “Respondent”) for the provision of renewable energy consultant services, including but not limited to monitoring, reviewing and advising on the operations, management, budget and decommissioning of certain renewable energy projects, consulting on current and future New Jersey solar renewable energy credits pricing and evaluating and making recommendations to the Authority on timing of solar renewable energy credit sales, such services to be performed on an hourly rate basis not to exceed those rates contained in the hourly rate schedule appended to the Respondent’s proposal. Respondent’s proposal was submitted in response to, and the Authority’s award was in accordance with, the Authority’s Request for Proposals entitled, “Renewable Energy Consultant Services for the Morris County Improvement Authority,” contract number CC#26-30, issued on January 22, 2026 (the “RFP”). The term of the contract is not to exceed five (5) years, unless extended as permitted by law.
The contract, and the resolution awarding same, are available for public inspection during regular business hours in the office of the Secretary of the Authority, care of the Morris County Purchasing Agent, Morris County Purchasing Division, 10 Court Street, Morristown, NJ 07963.
