NOTICE OF CONTRACT EXTENSION AWARDED

On June 4, 2024 the Morris County Insurance Fund Commission awarded a contract for Safety and Loss Prevention Services for the Morris County Division of Risk Management, awarded for $178,330 per year with additional as-needed consulting rates as detailed in the proposal, for a total not-to-exceed annual amount of $196,138 , to Garden State Environmental, Inc., for a two (2) year period commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for three (3) additional one-year renewal periods with per year price increases in accordance with any increase in the CPI, not to extend beyond June 30, 2029; and
The Morris County Insurance Fund Commission wishes to exercise the option to extend the contract from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, at the annual rate as awarded $184,393.
This contract extension and the resolution authorizing same are available for public inspection in the Office of the County Administrator.
