MORRIS COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS

NOTICE REGARDING THE INSPECTION OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS

 

SPECIAL GENERAL ELECTION FOR U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVE, 11TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT – APRIL 16, 2026

 

The Morris County Board of Elections Administrator, Dale A. Kramer, wishes to inform you that the Board of Elections will have the April 16th Special General Election Mail-In Ballots available for review ONLY by Authorized Challengers at 10 Court Street, Morristown NJ 07960.

 

If you wish to review specific Mail-In Ballots, please contact the Morris County Board of Elections at 973-285-6715 at least 24 hours prior to Friday, April 10, 2026.  Each challenged ballot will require the completion of a Challenge Form.  Stripping of the certification from the non-challenged ballots will commence Saturday, April 11, 2026.  The hearing on Mail-In Ballot challenges will occur at the Board Meeting on April 16, 2026.
