Statement by Pantry Executive Director Carolyn Lake: With the postponement of our Spring Gala we need to raise critical operating funds and purchase food to fill the gaps. Just last week we spent $22,000 on food. We're working closely with the Community Food Bank of NJ and our suppliers to stretch the dollar and ensure funds are being used as efficiently as possible.
