Bring €˜Hope' While Having Fun at Mennen Sports Arena in Morris Township
This year's Morristown Relay for Life is going to be a special event. With some of today's top local talent, the fundraiser features music, dancing, figure skating, games€”and, of course, walking€”all benefiting the American Cancer Society.

In fact, all three winning acts from the 2017 Morristown Onstage competition are participating, as well as premier local singers, including Brynn Stanley and Gabby Toledo.
With summer almost upon us, you can cool off and watch Olympic hopefuls in Skaters for the Cure, a figure skating show starting at 6:30 p.m. In addition, the Mayo Performing Arts Company and Art of Motion ballet and hip-hop dancers will perform.

An impressive and solemn Luminaria ceremony of remembrance and hope will take place as night falls at approximately 9:30 p.m. The comprehensive agenda also includes games and contests.
While this all sounds like fun, if you've known someone who's had cancer or have experienced the disease yourself, you know how serious it is. Millions of Americans suffer from cancer and hope for more treatment options and a cure someday. Hope€”that's the focus of this year's event.

Relay for Life honors everyone who's had cancer and current cancer patients. Fundraising is key to furthering the significant progress that has been made to increase lifespans and reduce the impact of the disease. Events like Relay for Life go a long way to supporting these efforts.
With more than 5,000 Relays for Life in the US and many more overseas, it is the largest fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
Show your friends and family you care and join the acclaimed cast at the Morris County Park Commission's Mennen Sports Arena in Morris Township from 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, until 11 p.m. Entertainment begins at 4:45 p.m. and lasts until 10:30 p.m. interspersed with Relay for Life activities.
