The 2021 Morris County Manual has been unveiled by Morris County Clerk Ann F. Grossi.

The Manual contains important information to help serve the more than 492,000 Morris County residents, providing the names of hundreds of men and women who give of their time and talents to serve on the federal, state, county and municipal government levels. These people are elected officials, employees and volunteers. The thousands of separate entries provide a quick and reliable guide to who, what, when and where at all levels of government serving Morris County.

“It is with pleasure that I introduce the 2021 Morris County Manual, the purpose of which is to provide a centralized resource for residents regarding their government. The Manual has been produced annually by the County Clerk since 1906 and I am happy to continue with this historic tradition,” said Grossi.

In this Manual you will find details for each of the 39 municipalities, listing names, addresses, contact information and other relevant data. You will also find listings for Constitutional Offices, The Board of Commissioners, Morris County Departments, Independent Agencies, Newspapers and Radio Stations, New Jersey Hotlines, State Executive Officials, Zip Codes, Congressional and Legislative District Maps, State Legislators, Authorities and Boards, Courts, and much more.

“I would also like to congratulate Conner Everett, a student at Morris Catholic High School, who won first prize in the annual Morris County Manual Contest. It is his design that your see gracing the front cover of this Manual. I look forward to serving you throughout the year and I hope the Manual becomes a valuable resource for you too," said Grossi.
