Due to overnight icing conditions, all Morris County government offices will have a delayed opening today, Feb. 21. All offices will open at 10 a.m.
All non-essential Morris County government employees should not report to work until 10 a.m.
The county library, however, will have an 11 a.m. delayed opening time.
