Public Invited to Attend Oktoberfest-themed Dining Event at County College of Morris
The Morris County Tourism Bureau will host its inaugural “Morris County Harvest Table: Oktoberfest” on Oct. 1 at 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science at County College of Morris (CCM) in Randolph Township.
The farm-to-table gathering will celebrate Morris County's agricultural community while highlighting the connections among local farms, culinary education, hospitality and tourism.
An Oktoberfest-inspired menu prepared by CCM culinary students will feature ingredients sourced from farms throughout Morris County. Guests will dine in the college’s bright new culinary space and meet the people behind the county’s agricultural community and learn more about local farms, farm markets, orchards and other agritourism destinations.
For the culinary students, the evening will provide hands-on experience preparing and serving a menu featuring ingredients grown in their own community, while giving them an opportunity to showcase their skills in a professional setting.
The event is presented in partnership with County College of Morris and its culinary program at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science. Additional support is made possible through grant funding from the New Jersey Highlands Council awarded to Randolph Township, helping advance programs that celebrate the Highlands region's local agriculture, community assets and visitor experiences.
Tickets are $125 per person. Sponsorship opportunities also are available, ranging from $250 for eligible nonprofit organizations to $5,000 for Platinum sponsorships.

Proceeds from the evening will support the Morris County Tourism Bureau, which promotes the county's historic, cultural, agricultural, recreational and culinary attractions and encourages residents and visitors to explore local destinations.
The Center for Entrepreneurship and Culinary Science, opened in March 2026, is located on CCM’s campus at 214 Center Grove Road, Parking Lot 6 in Randolph, N.J.
