Passport agents must take a test and be re-certified annually to perform their duties.

The Morris County Clerk's Passport Office was awarded this prestigious Certificate in recognition of exemplary performance for the Acceptance Facility Oversight visit...'' in which they were among an elite few facilities who received a perfect score in meeting all federal standards.
